Please note:

  • Next Day and Express orders must be placed before 4pm BST Monday - Friday to be processed on the same day.
  • We are not able to fulfil next day deliveries if the order is placed after 4 pm BST on a Friday - Sunday. Orders placed after this time and over the weekend will then be processed on the next working day, meaning your parcel will be processed on Monday and delivered 'next day' on Tuesday.
  • If you are waiting for longer than the proposed shipping time frame, please get in touch with our Lounge Experts right away so we can investigate and find a solution as soon as possible for you: info@loungeunderwear.com.
  • In some cases, orders made with standard delivery can take up to 14 working days to arrive in the EU. This is subject to courier processing.
  • In some cases, shipping costs to some countries within the EU may differ to the listed costs above within your checkout cart.
  • Economy shipping is not available in all countries, so in this case there will only be an Express service offered at the checkout cart.
  • Free Shipping and discounted Express Shipping is not currently available in all countries.
  • We do not currently deliver to Russia. We hope to offer this very soon.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

    We've worked hard to ensure our Returns and Exchange process is quick and painless as we know that returning your items can often be a pain.

    The first thing to note is that we absolutely do accept exchanges and will be happy to help you find the perfect fit through exchanging any items that didn't fit as expected. While some products may be low in stock, if your requested exchange is not available, our Returns Team will be in touch to organise an alternate size, style, colour, or will alternatively offer a Gift Card to ensure you can purchase the required design at a later date.

    If you would like us to process a refund, this is also no problem at all. We're here to keep things simple.

    • We have a 60 day Returns Policy from the date of dispatch.
    • Items must be returned to us in the way we sent them out to you. All labels and tags must still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments.
    • We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such a case we will organise to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.If you are returning a swim set, we can only accept refund requests for sets which have their hygiene strip attached. Your request will be refused if this has been removed or the item is damaged.
    • You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge or refund gift wrapping).
    • Designs from the Outlet are exchange only items. Any refund requests will be given as store credit through a Lounge Gift Card if the returns policy is met.
    • If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece(s) you wish to exchange. For a refund, the full set must be returned.
    • We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.

    Returns and exchanges do not apply. As our Limited Edition Hot Pink Thong is a free purchase, with limited edition availability, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for this product.

    How can i join the movement?
    From 1st October at 7PM BST we'll be releasing 20,000 Limited Edition Pink Thongs and our Ultimate Guides, TOTALLY FREE, that can be purchased through our website (loungeunderwear.com)
    All you need to do is head to our website, head to our Limited Edition Hot Pink Thong product page and add the thong to your cart and checkout.

    How do donations work?
    We'll be giving you the option to donate to our incredible chosen charities - Treckstok and CoppaFeel!
    100% of your donations will be raised for our chosen charities, and truly can make a difference for the incredible work that they do for people like you.

    Is the campaign a worldwide offering?
    Yes, absolutely! Our Female Family all around the world can get involved, join the movement and grab one of our 20,000 Limited Edition Hot Pink Thongs and guides through our website (loungeunderwear.com)

    Do i have to add other items in my cart to qualify for a free thong?
    No, we're bringing you our Limited Edition Thongs and Ultimate guides for free, even without adding anything else to your cart. 
    You can simply add your Limited Edition Hot Pink Triangle Thong to your cart, add a donation if you wish, and checkout with only the shipping fee being applied.

    Can i add other items to my basket along with my free thong?
    Yes, absolutely. If you're already placing an order, please feel free to add our Limited Edition Thong, make a donation if you can, and join the movement. We're on a mission to raise awareness, and want as many of our amazing Female Family to get involved.

    What happens when all the thongs are sold out?
    Limited Edition Thongs are sold out, they are officially all gone and will no longer be purchasable for customers on our website. We are sorry if you missed your chance, but there are so many other ways you can get involved and join our #FeelYourBreast movement. Click here to find out how.

    Can I put more than one free thong in my cart?
    Unfortunately not ladies. We want as many of our Female Family to have the chance to bag their Thong and Guide, so to do so we have to limit your purchasable thong count to one. Any multiple thong purchases will be flagged within our system and the customer will be contacted by our Lounge Experts regarding a block on the order.

    Sustainability & The Environment

    Introducing our first sustainable product! Our Men’s Boxers are made from recycled materials and a super soft bamboo fabric. Helping the planet never looked or felt so good.

    We are very aware the fashion industry has a big impact on our environment - and we want to minimise ours as much as possible - here is what we’re working on in 2020:

    • Re-designing all cotton products to incorporate sustainable or recycled products
    • Replacing all packaging inserts to recycled materials
    • Replacing mailing bags to use recycled materials
    • Replacing product bags to use recycled materials
    • Replacing all swing tags with recycled materials

    We aim to have all packaging sustainable by mid-2020. Also, our care labels are now all made from recycled materials!

    We still pinch ourselves that we are currently on this incredible journey, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work toward these goals. We take every opportunity we can to learn and grow from our experiences, whilst ensuring our Lounge family stays at the forefront of our thinking - always.
