We suggest logging out for a few hours, days, weeks, months - whatever works for you! Focus on the life you are living; not someone else’s. Trust us, you’ll feel a whole lot better for some time away.

Friends & Family - (Your Female Family - Always & Forever)
Your own company is sometimes all you need - but don’t isolate yourself.
Spending time with those who build you up, make you laugh, make you smile, and make you love a little harder - well, they’re the irreplaceable ones.
So, grab your Lounge comfies, a pizza, your girls, and a couple of hours on the sofa. As soon as your cheeks and tummy hurt from laughing, you are allowed to move… although, you probably won’t want to.

Keeping yourself busy can be key if you’re feeling a little low, but don’t burn yourself out.
Listen to your body.
If it’s telling you to chill, then that’s exactly what you should do. Stay in your pyjamas, drink tea all day, and watch Friends for the millionth time.
